PRMRY Transform Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2020 Harvest

The TRANSFORM oil is filtered, and produced from a blend of Frantoio olives that were harvested in October-November 2020. Certified by the California Olive Oil Council, the resulting EVOO features grassy notes of hay-straw and green almond. PRMRY’s bottles are sealed with a wooden closure pour spout, and made of glass coated with eco-friendly, organic, UV spray to protect the oil from light.
