Good morning, Sunshine! A citrus salad with oranges, beets, and avocado sounds like a good plan for lunch! A very simple and very delicious vinaigrette is CA Ascolano evoo and Ruby Red Grapefruit White Balsamic 3:1 with a pinch of salt and pepper. Shake it up in a jam jar.

Happy Valentine’s Day!
Raspberry scones in the oven. Love this super simple recipe from #theclevercarrot. Mary does her happy dance when I make these!
I do use butter but have substituted olive oil instead. Use 3/4 of olive oil to 1 cup of butter.

Mix dry in one bowl.
12 c flour
1/3 c sugars
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 baking soda
Pinch of salt
8 T butter cubed
Wet in another bowl
1 egg
1/4 Greek yogurt
1/4 milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup blueberries (or raspberries or chocolate chips)

Preheat oven to 400. Bake for 25 min.
Pulse butter in dry ingredients in food processor. Then add wet ingredients. Mix in berries. Dough comes together but not in a ball.
use 1/4 measuring cup to scoop out a ball.
And place on baking sheet w parchment paper.
