Place chops on a plate and sprinkle with rosemary-infused olive oil, flip so both sides are coated. Salt and pepper both sides and place on a hot grill for 6-10 minutes depending on how hot your grill is and how thick your chops are. Flip chops and sprinkle with lavender balsamic vinegar, let cook another 6-10 minutes on side two. Remove from grill and let stand for 2-5 minutes, then serve.
