We’re in love with cherries, this refreshing frozen delight takes balsamic cherry popsicles to a new level. Pit dark and Ranier cherries and slice into bite size pieces. In a small sauté pan, add a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1 cup diced cherries, 1/4 cup of raw honey, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Sauté together until the fruit reduces, about 10 minutes.
