Introducing OTOT’s Culinary Coach: Olivia Rick!

She’ll be on hand for culinary questions and recipe ideas. You’ve been asking and we’re finally delivering … more ‘how to use’ olive oil & vinegar for simple, healthy, and quick meals. Meet Olivia!
June is Olive Oil Club release month. This iteration highlights the flavors of summer with Meyer Lemon fused olive oil with blueberry white balsamic. It’s a refreshing pairing for a summer salad or great separately. Bake an olive oil cake with the lemon or use to grill fish. Create a fun beverage (adult or not) with a shot of blueberry balsamic in sparkling water.

Join us for a wine and olive oil tasting comparing Sangiovese wine and Tuscan Blend olive oil from Italy and California. Carol Cunningham of Manzanita Grove Wine will guide us through the tasting, I’ll be sharing Tuscan Blends I found on our recent trip to Italy, and Ann Marie will be on hand to discuss the places we visited while in Cortona.

|We learned this recipe while on our Italian travels. It’s a simple, straightforward recipe for squash blossoms which come out of the oven crispy with gooey cheesy stuffed centers. Delicious!|
