  • 20 zucchini flowers
  • 1 1/3 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup chopped basil
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

 

Pre-heat over, 375 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, basil, add a pinch of salt and a few turns of fresh ground pepper.

Stuff the cheese mixture into the flower blossom and lay on baking sheet. Once all are stuffed, sprinkle with salt and pepper and grate fresh parmesan chees

e over. Lightly drizzle with olive oil. Bake in oven until crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
