Thai Noodle Salad
- 1 packed cooked angel hair pasta
- 2 tbs roasted sesame seed
- 1/4 cup calivirgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup jalapeno garlic olive oil
- 1/4 cup + 1 teaspoon sesami oil
- 1/4 cup + 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- green onion to taste
- Combine all oils with red pepper flakes and heat
- Remove from heat add honey,soy sauce and salt
- Mix noodles, green onions, sesame seeds peanuts and oil mixture
- Can eat warm but best cold.
- Keeps well for a week.
