Thai Noodle Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 packed cooked angel hair pasta
  • 2 tbs roasted sesame seed
  • 1/4 cup calivirgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno garlic olive oil
  • 1/4 cup + 1 teaspoon sesami oil
  • 1/4 cup + 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • green onion to taste

 

Procedures:

  1. Combine all oils with red pepper flakes and heat
  2. Remove from heat add honey,soy sauce and salt
  3. Mix noodles, green onions, sesame seeds peanuts and oil mixture
  4. Can eat warm but best cold.
  5. Keeps well for a week.
